We moved into a new place and decided to change the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a staircase and basement room. We chose Victorious Carpet because of all the good reviews. The carpet looks good so far...They did a neat, quick and efficient job for a reasonable price. Will keep in mind for future jobs.

I got several quotes for replacing the carpet on my stairs and 2nd floor but decided to go with Victorious after reading all the great reviews and meeting Mark. He recommended a nylon carpet since the stairs were also being done and I am very satisfied with the carpet and underpad that he recommended. The carpet looks and feels great--almost like walking on a cloud! So far (install was in March), I have only had to clean one small stain on the stairs--it came out easily.

Mark gave us a quote very quickly based on a photo of the damage to the carpet. He arranged a time at our convenience. His team worked very efficiently and repaired the damage. The carpet looks like new

This is a company that delivers what they promise. Punctual, courteous, efficient and extremely capable. They moved our furniture, completed the job described and left everything as it was. Terrific!

I have never written a review for any company, but in this case I feel it's warranted.

I had an issue (for the second time) with the wall to wall carpeting buckling in my basement rec room. I called Victorious and spoke with Mark and face timed with him as well to show him exactly what my issue was. He explained in depth the various procedures involved with doing a repair and forewarned me that because of the built in ground-to-ceiling shelving I had that various seams may need to be created in order to stretch it properly. with my carpet having a pattern on it this may cause a slight misalignment at the seams.

I ok'd the job and was quoted $350 for the work. When the 2 workers showed up (on time) and after a walkthrough showing me what caused the issue to begin with I was shocked. Carpet One did the original installation 3 years ago all throughout the basement and second floor.... and it was a horrible job. They did not install tack strips along the built-in furniture, nor around the support beams and only installed tack strips on the front of the steps leading upstairs, nothing on the sides. this was causing a bubble to form right in the middle of each stair as the carpet wasn't being held down from side to side. (which was not included in the quote when speaking with Mark)

They went to work and 5 hours later they virtually re-installed the carper. Tack strips placed all around every edge including the closets, some glued and some nailed, tack strips on the stairs and around the support beams, 3 new seams created with virtually no misalignment to the pattern and stretched the carpet repeatedly until it was a smooth as glass!!! I wasn't charged any extra for the stairs and they even fixed a bubble patch I myself created upstairs by sliding heavy furniture-again no cost.

These guys are top notch from A to Z and ANYONE needing any sort of flooring/carpet work would be foolish not to use them!!!

A few years ago Victorious Carpets replaced our house carpeting. Recently I called Mark to replace my parents bedroom carpet in their condo. Even though this was a small job Mark came promptly, gave a very reasonable quote and showed great respect for my moms disability. He organized a superb job and the workers were neat, timely and professional. My mom and dad are thrilled with the final product. Thank you again.

The hardwood and was beginning to frey. We need it fixed asap for an event and They came within a couple days and provided awesome service in booking discussing options and fixing it.

We were very disappointed with the carpet company that the insurance company called in to remedy water damage to our rec room carpet. We finally gave up on them when they refused to answer our calls asking them to start the restoration. I then called Mark who came promptly to assess the restoration and who quoted a firm price that was clear and reasonable. He dispatched Adam a few days later who was very knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything clearly and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service from both Mark and Adam, and would call on them again in a heartbeat.

Mark was awesome to deal with. Came to our house on a holiday and helped us decide on carpet for our two bedrooms. Price was very good and the service was exceptional. This company will definately be back for our stair project.
