Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services

Mark, the owner of Victorious Flooring, provided us with with the information we needed to re carpet downstairs, staircase, and upper hallway of our home. We told Mark what kind of carpet we wanted ( we have a dog) and he showed us several samples of carpet that he thought would be appropriate. Costs were explained and date set. Installers were professional and neat. We are very satisfied with this company.

I needed to change carpet in three rooms in my house, contacted Victorious Flooring. All services were provided at high professional level - advice for the carpet choice, ispection and installation. The price was reasonable and the whole project was completed in a timely manner. Was pleasure to work with the company.

We live in an old Toronto home that was in dire need of work / updating. The carpet that was in place had become far too worn from the previous owners. Upon review with Mark from Victorious Flooring we found that the underlayment was not an appropriate product to use (and for that matter too expensive). Mark was very knowledge and actually recommended a less expensive carpet due to our family pet. He also directed us to use an appropriate underlayment which again, was not the most expensive option. In fact both the carpet and underlayment were the least expensive options.
Mark was very thorough with his communication to us and was available and professional at all times when we contacted him.
The installers Erdem & Jason were courteous, professional and worked quickly to install the product. They took the time to explain what they were doing and did a great job.
We had one minor issue with the installation underneath a radiator which was corrected immediately after contacting Mark. There were no questions asked.
Overall, we are very pleased to have gone with Victorious Flooring and will be speaking to them again when we go to do our basement.

We had a sewer pipe break and as a result had damaged carpet that needed to be replaced and carpet that needed to be fixed.

Third time using this company. Mark and his team are as professional as they come. Timely service was needed and delivered. Removed old soiled carpet and underpad. Replaced with a very close match.
