Brandon was very professional, courteous and friendly. The work that Precision did for us was thorough and our windows sparkled. Even better, he came when he said he would (for both the estimate and the work itself), and eliminated clogs in our downspouts that should have been removed by previous companies. The photos he provided of before and after were great. We will only use Precision Cleaning now!

We recently put our house on the market and scheduled an open house for real estate agents on a Tuesday. It was Canada Day and when I phoned his company I thought I would have to leave a message on his voicemail. Brandon did a great job of cleaning the interior and balcony windows of my condo. He was punctual, professional, and did not leave any mess behind. Our view has never looked better! I will definitely use him again.

We have always had our windows & eaves cleaned semi-annually by any of a few different competitors of Precision in the past, but never before have we received such meticulous, courteous or attentive service. Our windows were cleaned inside and out to a sparkle, and even in rainy conditions, the eaves were cleaned and downspouts disassembled and cleared in a way that had never been done before. Previously, we had suffered from interior rain damage due to inefficient eaves cleaning, however, no longer. Brandon's service went above and beyond, beginning with a same-day quotation including photos of my house, to photos being sent mid-job to demonstrate the amount of debris in the eaves, to attentive follow-up to make sure that we were completely satisfied as customers. I have always taken care of window and eavestrough cleaning myself. You know that old saying, if you want something done right......do it yourself. I did not have time to do it this spring so I decided, reluctantly, to have someone else do it for me.

Brandon was fantastic!! He responded quickly to my email request for a quote, used a mapping technology to provide the quote without having to come to the house, and the price was very competitive. We live in an old house with fragile storm windows. Brandon took his time to examine and unscrew the windows and cleaned them to a shine. The windows are so clean, it looks like you could walk right through them! My husband and I were very impressed with Precision windows.
