We have always had our windows & eaves cleaned semi-annually by any of a few different competitors of Precision in the past, but never before have we received such meticulous, courteous or attentive service. Our windows were cleaned inside and out to a sparkle, and even in rainy conditions, the eaves were cleaned and downspouts disassembled and cleared in a way that had never been done before. Previously, we had suffered from interior rain damage due to inefficient eaves cleaning, however, no longer. Brandon's service went above and beyond, beginning with a same-day quotation including photos of my house, to photos being sent mid-job to demonstrate the amount of debris in the eaves, to attentive follow-up to make sure that we were completely satisfied as customers.
