Total gong show. The first time they came, I was at work and mom was at my house looking after my 1 year old son. She said that they staff asked her to flush the toilet 10 times and afterwards said that this pressure of the water had cleaned the line. She said he was here for about 15 minutes and didn't bring any equipment in.
?When the office called about billing I asked if this was the correct practice, and they said it wasn’t and they would send the same worked back to do it properly.
I didn't really want this guy coming back angry that I had complained, and I definitely didn't want him coming back with just my mom and 1-year-old here, so I took the afternoon off of work to supervise. The day before he came, the office called again to arrange payment even though 1) I had already done that and 2) he hadn't come back to redo the job. He arrived, did the job, left a mess and left.
The next week I checked my credit card and, big surprise, they had made a mistake in billing. They overcharged me, and charged me twice. WHen I called the office to have them correct this, there was no apology of the ridiculous effort I had had to put in to get them to do what I had hired them to do. I felt like I was managing this job, not them. Then, they acted like they were doing me a favour by refunding the amount of the second double-billing, as in "thanks for giving me back the money that you shouldn't have charged me in the first place after I explained to you the mistake that you made".
In the end, no apology, no compensation, and no real acknowledgement of the hassle they created. After deciding to at least give this company some bad promotion, I learned that there are a lot of bad reviews for this company online.
Save yourself a lot of trouble, choose one of the MANY other companies in town doing this type of work.
