AA Clean Line Sewer & Drain

Had them come down to repair and drain the sewer line. Two guys came bc they won't do one guy for a crawl space. One started working while one ran to get parts, after 15 mins the one guy stopped working and waited for the other guy to see how much more had to be dug out. I asked the secretary on the phone and it was 180 per hr + 90 /hr for the second guy then 90/ hr every hour after that. They were here for three hours and either one guy worked other one Waited outside crawl space or the other one did! What the secretary didn't specify was it's 90/ hr extra an hour per guy and I had two. I asked for a quote before they started and the one guy told me about 500 bucks and I bed up paying over 1000 for one guy to work at a time! I will never call this company again or refer anyone to them. Over priced and they didn't even quote me properly before they were started

Worst dealings I've ever had with a company. $900 + 10 hours of my own digging ($3,000 quote to fix problem) to have someone finally find the cleanout - should have been a $100 fix!! Very unprofessional management. Thank you to the last tech (Chris) for actually finding the problem.

I had to get a new bathroom sink installed. Great service and Great Price. The plumber was great! I will be using this company in the future. Best sewer company in the city.

I recently had AA 1 Clean, come to my house because I had a back up sewer problem. I phoned to get a quote and told me it will be $160 to have the job done. I was not told that there will be any additional charge if it's over the 1 hour. There came in at 9:30am there didnt have a tarp to put down on the carpet,I ask why.The gentlemen said there's was dirty so I supplied my own. He came down with the Rigid tool which my son helped to bring downstair. He continue to use the Rigid tool on the main sewer line. He couldn't clean the lines after I ask if the line was long enough? He mention that he have to call is other work colleague for assist's. He came and helped out. He used plunger to clean the line out in less than 2 minutes the water rescind and that was it. I ask the gentleman how much do I own? $400 plus tax!!!! That I wasn't told that I would be charge $100 per hour to clean the drain!!! I believe I was ripped off. !!! I therefore will not be using this company again.!!!

Total gong show. The first time they came, I was at work and mom was at my house looking after my 1 year old son. She said that they staff asked her to flush the toilet 10 times and afterwards said that this pressure of the water had cleaned the line. She said he was here for about 15 minutes and didn't bring any equipment in.
?When the office called about billing I asked if this was the correct practice, and they said it wasn’t and they would send the same worked back to do it properly.
I didn't really want this guy coming back angry that I had complained, and I definitely didn't want him coming back with just my mom and 1-year-old here, so I took the afternoon off of work to supervise. The day before he came, the office called again to arrange payment even though 1) I had already done that and 2) he hadn't come back to redo the job. He arrived, did the job, left a mess and left.

The next week I checked my credit card and, big surprise, they had made a mistake in billing. They overcharged me, and charged me twice. WHen I called the office to have them correct this, there was no apology of the ridiculous effort I had had to put in to get them to do what I had hired them to do. I felt like I was managing this job, not them. Then, they acted like they were doing me a favour by refunding the amount of the second double-billing, as in "thanks for giving me back the money that you shouldn't have charged me in the first place after I explained to you the mistake that you made".

In the end, no apology, no compensation, and no real acknowledgement of the hassle they created. After deciding to at least give this company some bad promotion, I learned that there are a lot of bad reviews for this company online.

Save yourself a lot of trouble, choose one of the MANY other companies in town doing this type of work.

Service received was perceived to be nothing more than a means to generate higher fees. Customer wishes were ignored. Customer asked for camera inspection and clean-out to be performed - instead person showed up with no camera system and proceeded to do his own thing to troubleshoot problem with no assurance of reasonable cost. Immediately asked if the home was a bungalow and that the problem was likely to be with the "bungalow joint". Does this leave you with the impression of a rip-off? It did with me. The person was subsequently asked to leave - I was left with a broken 3" cap that the person refused to replace at their cost. Not worth any amount of money
