We were told our furniture delivery would arrive at 4:00 PM. We had office staff stay over time, and paid them to do so, to receive the furniture when it arrives. They didn't show up. At around 4:20 I phoned to make sure things were on schedule, I was told that they were but that someone would call me back to confirm. Nobody called me back. After literally 20 calls, an e-mail, and phone calls from the Brick to their office (furniture was being delivered on from the Brick), the woman finally answered the phone, as rude as she possibly could, I guess to let us know that we were bothering her. What she said could be summed up as "We tried, too bad", and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, she told us she was taking the furniture back to the Brick, to spite us I suppose. (?)
Basically, they either don't need our business, or don't care about it. Either way they don't deserve to be open.
They're also been to court 36 times since 1998. Go to jus.gov.mb.ca and search "Accurate Moving" to see for yourself.
Thanks for nothing.
