I had to call them on a Sunday to come out and fix a valve that had broke while I was trying to winterize the garden hose lines. The shut off valve broke and was leaking water inside the basement of our home. We had a plumber there within an hour of calling and after explaining that we needed a new valve for two different hose lines (backyard and front yard) he recommended that he just cap the line to prevent the leak and that we could then make an appointment for them to come back during the week on regular time to do the rest of the work to save us paying for the work to be done on Sunday at a higher rate. So that is exactly what we did. He capped the line to stop the leak and a day or two later two plumbers returned to replace both valves. The work was done quickly and I was impressed that they didn't try to take advantage of us and do everything on the Sunday over time rate. We were just charged for an hour for the call on the Sunday. They will be our go to plumbers now. Highly recommend.

Called them in the morning and reached Patsy at their office. She was excellent to deal with and answered all of my questions in a very pleasant and patient manner. Their plumber showed up, as scheduled, that afternoon. Like their office staff (Patsy) he was polite and professional.... great consistency of service from office to field tech. They made several repairs and left my home clean and tidy. It truly is a pleasure to deal with a company at this level of service. They looked after me with courtesy and respect in a way that made me feel very good to have contacted him. Reminded me of the service and attention I've recieved from some five star hotels that I've stayed at and never forgot. Well done Team Vaillancourt... Very Impressive!

I had a low flush in my top floor toilet for many years, I had 3 different plumbing companies come in and try to solve it with no success. I was charged for each unsuccessful attempt. I called a forth company and it was Vaillancourt Plumbing, the office staff were very nice and sent me a plumber the same day. He figured out the problem within 20 mins and had it fixed within 2 hours and charged me less then the other companies. Mark was very kind and professional and left the work area very clean. This company has very good customer service. After some initial grievances, they genuinely worked hard to ensure we walked away satisfied rather than leave us hanging. They are very reasonable and want to make sure they do a good job.

Kitchen faucet was leaking under the cabinet from the cold water supply line. Repair person arrived several hours late, stayed for 10 min. to tell me the water line could not be repaired and I would need a new faucet, then wrote up a bill for $152.43. I since called the manufacturer and was told the faucet probably needed a new ceramic cartridge. Have now received this and had it installed and no more leaks. Too bad Vaillancourt couldn't have done this for me considering what I paid them.

We had Paul from Vaillancourt come in to fix a sewer smell coming from our powder room toilet. The service was efficient, friendly and cost effective. Thank you Paul. We would recommend this company without hesitation.
