I have a late 19th century farmhouse which had completely outdated plumbing. Freezing pipes, low water pressure and very slow drains were the concerns. Dave from Vaillancourt plumbing came in and completely modernized the plumbing. Dave used plastic barriers to isolate the work areas to prevent dust from getting into other areas of the house.
Dave was polite, considerate and hard working, he showed up each day on time. I could not have been happier with the work done.

We called the office to book an appointment And are very pleased . Very professional company to work with from the office staff to the plumber who came to the house to the owner who called to follow up.

My kitchen faucet had a leaky hose. I called 1st thing in the morning and they provided a quote. The plumber was at my house by noon and installed the new faucet. He was competent and pleasant.

From the time I called their number Patsy was there to assist you and very pleasant to talk to. Then their plumber (Stan) was in and out of my property at no time. Fixed my outside faucet, left the site clean and presented me with a competitive cost. This is my first time to use their service.

This company came recommended by another plumber when they couldn't come out to do the work for several days. The upstairs bathroom sink became suddenly clogged with no warning. This was after hours and we couldn't wait to have it fixed. Brandon was sent out a couple of hours after I called. The 7-foot mechanical/electrical snake was brought out and soon dislodged the blockage. A chunk of what looked like toxic waste plopped out of the drainpipe. Very longtime buildup, apparently. Everything was fully disinfected. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better resolution. The price was expected and well worth it, given the situation we were in. Definitely highly recommended for plumbing repairs, whether scheduled or emergency.

I had a clogged bathroom sink drain which upon further investigation discovered a complete break in the line. I called and spoke to Patsy who could not have been nicer. Very prompt response to my call. Stan came in and did a great job fixing and cleaning it all up. Would recommend their service to anyone who asks.
