I had a low flush in my top floor toilet for many years, I had 3 different plumbing companies come in and try to solve it with no success. I was charged for each unsuccessful attempt. I called a forth company and it was Vaillancourt Plumbing, the office staff were very nice and sent me a plumber the same day. He figured out the problem within 20 mins and had it fixed within 2 hours and charged me less then the other companies. Mark was very kind and professional and left the work area very clean.
