The job looked good, completed in August 2010, in the spring water flood my basement since the stone was higher than the foundation, trying to get it fix was imposible, had to hire a contractor and pay over $ 1500.00 to fix the problem. The lady at the office is rude and they refused certified mail!!!

Does good work provided that no problems are encountered. If a problem does occur that involves materials that are required, due to 'unforeseen circumstances' or a matter that he has erroneously overlooked, he will expect you to pay for and pick up the material for him in order to complete the job – and then will only do so at HIS convenience weeks later. Insist that he does his own material shopping and pickup. Do not pay him in full until the job is done properly and to your satisfaction.

While I am happy with the work that was done for the most part, I am not happy with the customer service concerning the front step. Nothing was done by the contractor to fix this mess.
