I described the problem with my NEW (only 15 months old) dishwasher on the online form on the website. The description was: "there was a burning smell, then it stopped and it doesn't turn on anymore". When the technician came, he asked me what the symptoms were. I replied the same. He didn't open the dishwasher and said they'll have to order the part: a "control board". So why didn't he bring the part if he could conclude with just my description? It's the same description I entered on their website! Then he billed me $ 150 (travel + 1 hour of work, which was 1 minute in fact but they round up). Nothing has been fixed! I asked, "But, aren't you opening it? At least to see if that's really the problem? He replies: "no, not necessary, we'll see nothing". I asked if I was going to have to pay for another trip when he would come back with the new part. He said yes, it will be another 150$, plus the price of the part (200$) , plus 60$ for the order and the shipping! 150+150+200+60=$560, which is almost the price of my brand new dishwasher. I was angry and called their customer service to complain, so they found the solution to get rid of me: They told me the part to order no longer existed and my file was now closed. I should have read other reviews!!! Go elsewhere!!!! I've never seen worse than this.
