They came to fix my washer, they arrived with the wrong part but the technician left my washine machine unassembled!! The washer was still working prior but only made some noise, so now I am stuck with no washer. They said they were going to call back asap, they never did, i had to follow up with them and it,s more than a week and they still have "no clue" when the part is going to arrive. Customer service is lousy and they would not pass me to any supervisors or managers. Will never deal with them again. NB: Surprisingly, this company doesnot allow any reviews on YellowPages, have to wonder why!
