Tech came out to clean 4 fireplaces, & fix 2. They were cleaned, but not fixed, and the one now has black glass when it does fire up.
Cozy Homes cancelled and rebooked 2nd apt due to them firing the original tech.
The second apt tech didn't show on time two days before Xmas, and did not even call to say he would be delayed.
I called 3 times and left msg. at office.
No one returned my calls.
My guests in my cottage rental now have no fireplace over Xmas, and I still have no heat in my kitchen.
I am not a happy customer.
I have found thenm to be very helpful and cooperative. They came out when they said they woulf to give me a quotation and were very thourough, however they were slow in getting the final quote to me, probably as a result of the delay by the carpenter that they were going to use to frame the fireplace box. The product they have recommended is exactly what I want and we will see how the installation goes once they do the installation. I have decided to use my own contractor to do the necessary carpenter work and they are comfortable with that.
