Tech came out to clean 4 fireplaces, & fix 2. They were cleaned, but not fixed, and the one now has black glass when it does fire up. Cozy Homes cancelled and rebooked 2nd apt due to them firing the original tech. The second apt tech didn't show on time two days before Xmas, and did not even call to say he would be delayed. I called 3 times and left msg. at office. No one returned my calls. My guests in my cottage rental now have no fireplace over Xmas, and I still have no heat in my kitchen. I am not a happy customer.
