Electrical work done was -in my estimation- sloppy and lazy, I believe it is up to code, but it did not wow me. The electrician promised me a receptacle next to my new panel, but when he didn't deliver, I followed up and was told he didn't have to do it. The Electrician also carved a jagged hole in my brick facade with a drill bit he 'Dug Around' with and then joked that he 'should have gone back to the office for the proper hole saw'. While at my house both the electrician the his apprentice disparaged the company's estimator/salesman and said he didn't know what he was talking about. My experience with the company afterwards was even worse. What began with surly, ignorant, and rude service from the bookkeeper, was extended by their dispatcher. They were paid as agreed when the job was estimated with the exception of $50 missed by the lawyers (on a $3,800 job). The treatment that ensued was nothing short of rude, acting as if I was some sort of deadbeat. Saying things like "You haven't paid us in 4 months" when they received 90% of the money inside 30 days and the other 9% within 60 days (Standard mortgage rules for home improvements). My personal experience with this company (Both electricians and office staff) ensures I will never ever do business with them again.
