Wamboldt Heating And Air Conditioning were meticulous and very timely in their quote. We replaced both the furnace and AC unit in our personal home and rental.

After our annual service identified a leak in our air conditioner system, we discussed our options with Matt and decided to replace the system entirely with a new Rheem air conditioner. Matt provided quotes for several different systems and again, as we found when we had Wamboldt replace our furnace two years ago, they were the best quotes of the three we sought out. Arranging installation was a breeze and the installers did a great job, working through a terrible day of pouring rain to get the new system installed. It worked great throughout the summer and we were very happy. Further to this, Matt worked with us to understand some limitations in air flow within our house and provided us with some options to address them. Team Wamboldt is outstanding. Professional, courteous, responsive, and honest. Highly recommended.

Wamboldt staff provided an excellent service from start to finish. I received an accurate assessment and quote. Owner/partner Matt answered all my questions and provided everything I asked for and more. A site inspection was carried out and advice was provided on the most advantageous installation. Owen, owner/partner, came as well to have a look at the job and provide additional information. The installation was completed in a day to current codes and supervised by the licensed owners. A qualified electrician completed the electrical part of the installation. The next day a technician returned to tape up any crevices in the ducting, and Matt went over all aspects of the installation as well as providing operating instructions. Billing was as per "up front" quote, with no surprises. I would highly recommend Wamboldt for their excellent service. They went the "extra mile" to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

Small 11 yr old apartment condo unit - AC leaking. Called another HVAC company - needs to be repaired or replaced - however, they have the parts for repair and don't do replacements. Advised to call another company - called left 4 messages - no response. Called another big HVAC company - replacement cost $13.7K! Called another company $6.2K. An acquaintance recommended Wamboldt. Called, got an appointment. One of the owners, Matt, came out. Took things apart, checked around, cleaned around coils, blew out the drain hose. Said everything looked fine. Ran the unit for 45 minutes. No problem. Matt asked me to keep him apprised of how things are going as he was genuinely interested. I asked him how much for the service call - he said nothing, you've been through enough. A week and a half later, all still good. Will definitely use Wamboldt again!

Owen and his team have dramatically improved a very problematic HVAC system that was installed by the previous owners of our house, an elderly couple unfortunately taken advantage of by some less than honest door-to-door competitors. I found Wamboldt company by doing a search on Homestar and decided to use their services based on their excellent reviews and rating. We needed to have our AC unit raised to resolve flooding issues. From the start, the company was very responsive and always answer questions/ replied to emails or texts within 24 hours (it's excellent customer service in my book). The price of the quote was reasonable based on the work to be done, which was basically to reinstall the AC unit and making sure it was in perfect working order (Pump down air conditioner, remove from existing line set, install brackets, reinstall air conditioner, braze in new fittings, pressure test to ensure no leaks, vacuum system, crack lines and start system up. Test through to ensure proper operation. Add refrigerant if necessary). The team showed up, started to work and got things done professionally and promptly. Very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive staff. I would definitely recommend them. Good work all around.
