All costs were billed through the builder so we didn't pay anything additional for any upgrades. Overall a positive experience but it took them a few visits to address the squealing problem with the kitchen tap. They tried to do patch work the first couple of times and were eventually convinced that the tap needed to be replaced. They did not make a fuss about having to replace a sink and one of the toilets as they were chipped. One of their service guys was very good to deal with, most of the onsite plumbing staff was also comfortable to deal with.
