Marcotto Mechanical was the original HVAC company hired to equip my home 10 years ago when it was newly built. We are not the original owners, we purchased 2 years ago. Since our purchase we have experienced almost all our equipment needing repair, replacing or servicing. I feel very strongly about having the original company come take care of our home because they were the ones to put it here in the first place. Having never worked with this company before, my initial experience and experiences there after have all been excellent. As soon as I need their help they are at my door within 1-2 hours of calling. The team at Marcotto have all been very kind and helpful. They have always repaired, or replaced my equipment with a sense of urgency. They made us feel like a priority which is an excellent attribute in a company.

Cannot say enough about the service and professionalism these gentlemen exhibited while installing our tankless water heater. Had to core out a larger fitting to vent outside the house. They were quick and efficient and the unit works great. Lots of extra space without a hot water tank in the way as well. Even took our old hot water tank away.

The response by the service reception was immediate and their follow through exception.
Ryan, the mechanical technician, was very thorough in explaining the importance of continuing flushing the tankless water heater system on a regular basis in order to maintain the optimum performance and longevity of the unit.

I had a problem with a pipe that was too short and Enbridge was threatening to shut off my gas. Marc responded very quickly and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Very clear about what caused the problem (Enbridge's fault) and how to repair it. Friendly. I would definitely use him again.
