Malcolm and Kyle were my installers. I cant say enough good things about the both of them. Very polite and knowledgeable. It was not an easy install but they handled every problem expertly. They explained everything and when done, cleaned up very well. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and how hard they worked. I will definately recommend them.

Warranty work, that took a few service calls to fix. Finally got the motor working (sounded like a deisel truck in the basement) by the third service call. Was a bit of inconvenience but in the end everything is working fine now.

We called them to put in a new high efficiency furnace. When they were doing the install, the broke the drain valve on the HW tank. They offered to install a new one for free as long as we bought the tank from them first. Would not use them again.
