Purchase hunter douglas blinds through this interior designer back in 1999. Have had a few blinds recorded over the past few years and at no cost. Really nice feature of purchasing these more expensive blinds. Just drop off at their office and they took care of the rest (shipping off to hunter douglas repair center).

Warranty work, that took a few service calls to fix. Finally got the motor working (sounded like a deisel truck in the basement) by the third service call. Was a bit of inconvenience but in the end everything is working fine now.
