The service provided when looking for a new washer and dryer was exceptional. The salesperson was very helpful and informative of the products and even notified us of the sale items that would still give us what we were looking for in a washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend Sears as a first option in purchasing new appliances for your home

Our snow blower broke down last year and needed to get fixed. Sears was able to repair the part that broke and we picked it up within 7 days. Overall, the customer service was good and the Sears employees helped load the snow blower into the van.

We had our ducts cleaned by sears, they were fast and efficient. they were very thoughtful in our interest in warranties. they provided us with product knowledge for other products and services they provide.

Installion crew was on time, professional & respectful of my house, mess was cleaned up & left in perfect condition. Product was excellent. The day of installation, the temperature was minus 17 C. & they had the old windows out & replaced in minimal time to prevent heat loss. All this with perfection. The job was completed when promised with excellent workmanship.
