We built through Jon at JLC homes and it was the worst experience of our lives. He was more concerned about getting his money then the quality of the home or our questions regarding the build. He's rude and argumentative and as soon as the cheque was handed over we never heard from him and we are still trying to get things completed within the house...baseboards, fire place, garage door opener, etc
I recommend that families looking to build stay far away from JLC Homes unless they like wasting their money.

Purchased a new home from this builder and have had several quality issues including water leaks. Coming up on seven months since move date and still no resolve to issues.
