Royal Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Royal Carpet did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Reliable, Friendly and quality service at a good price. They ensured I was happy with their service before leaving. Would highly recommend this company.

Royal picked up two carpets recently. It took three phone calls to get them here. Painful.

Used a new bag & vacuumed one 10 x12 carpet just 'cleaned' by Royal. I measured a half cup (a handful) of fine, sandy material when I emptied the bag. This same material was on the hardwood floor adjacent to the 'cleaned' carpet. This grit had been jarred loose onto our clean floor as we were moving and positioning this carpet onto the underpad.

My expectation was that the 'cleaned' carpet would contain none of this abrasive material. This stuff is what wears out the carpet as we all know. That's why we have carpets 'cleaned'.

Cosmetically, the colours didn't appear to be brighter. Obviously, this is subjective.

A half cup of grit from a 10 x 12 carpet is not what I expect to get back from a 'cleaned' carpet. But that's what I got.

Moving out of our family home I needed to freshen our carpets after our 3 young children have destroyed them. The gentlemen came in proffesional, and very kind and completely changed the look and feel of our carpets. After 2 years of stress and wear our carpets look brand new. Definetly use them again!!

Called to have my area rug cleaned, which needed to be taken into their facility for cleaning and it came back just as dirty as when they took it. Please be ware of their offer to pay cash! Very unhappy with Royal especially a person named Ray who I think tricked me to believe the carpet had been cleaned took my money and did not give me a receipt.

The customer service of this company was one of the best I've ever experienced. Right from the initial phone call, to the confirmation of pickup and the delivery. The rugs were clean and fresh. Seeing that my mother is a senior, they even rolled out the rugs for her. Very polite on the phone.

I was beyond pleased with the service and professionalism of Royal Carpet Cleaning. They were on time, efficient and removed stains I believed would be on our rugs FOREVER! I will use them again for our upstairs and whenever needed. Very satisfied.

A couple of weeks ago I had a severage back up cause a lot of water and waste back up into my basement. This caused a pool of water and a bad odor to linguire around my household. I called royal carpet cleaning and they had sent a team over the same day withiin two hours. They quickly set up and began extracting the backed up water. After they had thoroughly extracted the water they steamed washed and santized my carpets getting ride of the bad smell and odors. Over all they were polite and had done a good and thorugh job.

I found this company online, they are very friendly and amazing at what they do, i would recommend them to all my friends and family. Sohail is very knowledable at what he does. i would recommend him to all..

Sohail did a great job in cleaning my carpet in the basement. They had gotten really dirty after renting the basement out. Thanks to this company I have saved the cost of replacing the carpet and can now use my basement for entertainment purposes! I will recommend them to all my friends and family who also need carpet cleaning done.

Chill guys. I scheduled an appointment for my carpets to be cleaned and asked for my mattress to be cleaned last minute and the were still able to accommodate that. Very satisfied
