Sohail and his teammate came quickly after I called and cleaned our carpets, including an area rug, and did all our duct cleaning. They did a wonderful job, the difference is like night and day. To anybody who loves their rug/money/time:
Be Aware and don't do business with this company.
If you don't want to waste your money and time AVOID this business and it's owner, he doesn't know how to clean a handmade silk rug, He doesn't know how to take a stain out, I had a small stain on the rug and he made it ten times bigger and worse, he wouldn't provide a receipt, he has permanently damaged my rug, took my money and the "job" was done in less than 15 minutes.
Went by the store asking for my receipt and he was extremely RUDE and ABUSIVE, using extremely rude gesture and never provided the receipt saying I have to pay more money for the receipt!!!!???

The technician saved MY HOUSE!!! and the BIRDS... I had a nest inside my guest washrooms exhaust, which was a fire hazard. The smell was horrible from the bird waste inside the washroom coming from the duct work. The guys at Royal brought their awesome new Mercedes Truck, which by had an amazing graphic work on the outside. They also recommended that I take advantage of my homes duct cleaning because I hadn't done it in over 5 years. They took their time and did an nice job. I am totally satisfied by their professionalism and the work ethics they have. Highy recommended company!

Carpet was well done. 100% satisfied will use them again. All stains were removed. It looks as good as new and perfectly clean. Cleaned within a good time frame, did not have to do anything, the guys did it all. Thank you.
