The company in our opinion must be the one of the worst in Calgary when it comes to their manufacturing plus installation of windows. Ours came non-fitting, sloppy seams, used recycled vinyl as we found out the hard way, product manufacturing very poor, screens to frames and being new had already scratches and bend. Some of the windows during winter had moisture between glass. Windows are NOT soundproof. There is no recommendation for this company from us. BAD,BAD in our opinion.

Was very happy with the quality of the windows when the temperatures dropped to -25C compared to the old windows we had. And also great service for one window pane replacement 2 years later. We have since sold our place and built a new house. The Plygem windows we have now are no where near the quality of those.

Ron was able to resolve an ascetic concern we had with our front door's window grills. The door is well crafted now it looks fantastic too. Thank you for meeting our expectations.

I can't say enough about the entire process from this company. Installers were on time and worked very efficiently. No mess left behind. I would highly recommend this company to everybody. I have some windows to get replaced and will be calling their office.

Windows are NOT soundproof. Our heating bill due to windows not fitting tied, and actual have areas were one can look through the frame to outside, has gone up $ 76.00 - $102.00 last winter. Very sloppy manufactoring which is very unbecoming to a good window company. The never mention the changes in Building Code and so we were installed windows with old Code. Sales person promises good product in the best of customers need but when the product is sold and money exchanges hands the whole conversation with them changes. Installers same sloppy work. Insulation sloppy and mitering very poorly done. When windows were installed next day immidiatly Alberta Windows and Doors was notified about the windows and all is unacceptable as is and we wanted our taken out windows back. We told them immidiatly about their product and installation but they were unwilling to even come close to at least a mediation. We have hired a window inspector and paid out of our pocket the cost to have the windows being checked and the consent of inspector is VERY POOR quality and gave a list of what needs to be done would we even accept their products. On one frame there even was blood left behind. One window we had to recaulked around areas of casing because they when installing ripped out part of wall. This company after 1 1/2 yrs still refused to operate within their promises of warrenty. They are very good in making excuses but that is the only think they are good at. We had the total house renewed with windows meaning the company had an opportunity to make a nice profit on us but what they done is choose to sell us very poor assembly product and lousy service. The above is based on our experience and not intended to harm the company. We would or have ever recommended them. Alberta Vinyl Windows and Doors, and Alberta Windows and Doors are working under DOME company.

Awesome! Barry was great, very knowledgeable, and the install went well. We trusted them to blow out an exterior wall in our home to install french patio doors and they turned out great. Window casings inside and out look great, and they provided one of the lowest quotes that we received. They also price matched certain windows with other companies. I will use them again.

Honest and helpful! These guys are fantastic to deal with. After having several issues with our window installation through another dealer in the city we were referred to Alan. He was so honest and helpful in navigating through a world we don't know much about. He sold us our door and gave us his time and his knowledge on what we could do about our shoddy window service from the other vendor. I wish we had found him sooner and bought our windows through Alberta Windors and Doors. Just happy we did find them though. Couldn't be happier with the service and all the helpful information given.

We chose Alberta Windows and Doors as we loved the way their slider windows looked and functioned. For our budget and amount of windows we were replacing, their product came in at an excellent price. The windows look great and are so easy to clean, which was a big requirement.
The customer service has been great. We are loving the end results.
