I found this store by accident while looking for a fridge. The salesman was competent and not pushy. There was a good variety of fridges and I found what I was looking for. Delivery to my home was on time and the deliverymen were very fast and very good. The only downer was their billing calculations which I found to be confusing.

I ordered a freezer and was very impressed with the service. The salesman and delivery guys were professional and friendly. My new freezer arrived as promised and on time. I will be a repeat customer.

Two people showed up and scoped out the first place to find the best path for the appliances. They took the doors of the fridge in their truck first. Took old pieces out and brought new ones in and reassembled the doors. Great work. Nice guys.

I got the product that I wanted. The sales rep was very knowledgeable gave me the better pricing the others Delivery service was quick efficient and brought product in perfect condition.

I ordered this dishwasher over the phone and was extremely happy with the knowledgeable and accommodating salesman who helped me make my choice. The delivery continued my good experience with Cdn Appliances. Now I hope I like the dishwasher as much as the service.

Was intitially satisfied with service as the rep offered a bundle price to match that of competitors. Four days after the purchase, which was two days after the items were delivered, CAS substantially dropped the prices on all of the items. I contacted CAS, and it does not offer price protection on delivered items.

In the future, I will stick to the big chain competitors as they offer between 14 and 30 days of price protection.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the showroom. The sales associate took the time to listen to my needs and made excellent recommendations. The delivery service was exceptional as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I know there a small side ding and I save one third on the washing machine! Because of color you have to look for it to find the ding. Staff at this location is awesome and so as the delivery folk.

The scheduled delivery system is very good. It shows where I am on the delivery queue so I can plan better of my time. I am happy and will recommend C A S to my friends.

Great sales, customer service and delivery! I was able to speak with humans, not just automated systems. However, at peak times the telephone calls had to be dropped because the circuits were overloaded - I don’t know if that can be remedied or not?
