This is the first time I dealt with this company. They were the installers for the dishwasher I purchase at Lowes. Their serviceman, Kyle, was very polite, took his shoes off when he went in and out, and kept the area clean as he removed one dishwasher and installed the new one. He took the time to help me with any questions I asked, and gave me a good overview of the operation of the dishwasher. He never made me feel like I was putting him out. I would probably call this company again and would recommend them if asked.

The plumber that came to my residence was friendly, professional, and did the task quickly. Kyle was respectful of the residence- taking his boots off and putting protective socks on. He tidied up after himself. And ensured everything was working prior to departure. I will definitely use this company's service again and recommend to others.

Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Did work quickly, cleanly and professionally. They threw in a few extras and did a complete home check as well. They identified several areas where work is needed. Would be happy to have Brad and Gerry back anytime.

Met with Craig on a Sunday afternoon to assess the situation. He was kind, courteous and explained everything to me in detail. He made sure I understood what my options were and what the estimated cost would be. The following Sunday afternoon, Brad and Jerry installed my new hot water tank, replaced two taps, and toilet fill valve. Both were friendly and efficient.

Brad showed up early, we talked about what was going on with my old water tank that wouldn't hold the flame after the pilot light started. I had a choice between possibly getting a small glass part replaced for $300 and getting another year or 2 out of it or just replacing it. So he brought back a new tank and his helper Gerry, it didn't take them long to replace it. He hooked everything up, neatly soldered the pipes, and showed me a couple times how to maintain the tank by draining and recirculating it. It's been a few days, nothing has leaked and no problems. Good job Brad and Gerry and thanks for the hot water.

Had new high efficiency furnace installed. Everything exceeded my expectations and was above average in my dealings with Always Plumbing and Heating. They took the time to go over my options at time purchase and their maintenance program after install. The installers were courteous prompt and very meticulous. They took the time going over the instructions and programming with me. Very pleased with our new furnace and the installation that was done and happy with the fact we get annual service with the purchase of the furnace. Would highly recommend Always Plumbing for their services.

I hired always plumbing to replace my old HWH and furnace. I decided to use them not because they were cheap, they were in the middle of all my quotes, but because the estimator had the best ideas for install. That's where my issues started...
1. The installed the wrong HWH. I wanted a 96% efficient enviro-sense, they put in a Bradford white. They had to come back and install the one I requested.
2. The pipes on the HWH were mixed up, causing them to freeze off. They rectified this issue.
3. The pipes weren't supported fully. They came and added strapping.
4. I wanted to keep my electronic air filter on my furnace and stated that to the estimator but unfortunately there was a miscommunication. They have recognised their mistake and have replaced the filter.
5. One of my furnace exhaust pipes was leaking condensate in my basement. They came and fixed the leak and checked for other leaks.

Update: Always plumbing has addressed my issues. We have come to agreement and the bill has been settled. I appreciate their accountability. My furnace and HWH are working great.

Very efficient and reasonable priced. Completed everything as expected and within the time frame. Professional staff.
