New Windows

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Mississauga

They chewed up my frame and didn't fix it. Pretty disappointed that now I have a new window and need to keep the curtains covered because my frame is chewed to hell

I'm a "customer service manager" and I work with Becker Windows & Doors for over 20 years, last 12 years specifically as a "customer service manager".
I'm puzzled by this review. It is very strange to see these kind of comments about our installation as our company policy is 100% satisfaction guarantee.
After thorough investigation & review, we found NO SERVICE request under this posted name and in regards to"chewing any frame".
It is very funny & suspicious to see this kind of review.
