Fast professional crew, took out the old, installed the new in about 3 hours. Explained the operation, and what I needed to know. Been about three weeks, am confident this winter will be warm. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Carleton Refrigeration. Everyone involved with the installation of my new propane furnace was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and went the distance. I selected Carleton to do my annual maintenance as I have experience a few minor problems that my previous supplier could not identify nor fix. Joel showed up on time with boot covers to get to work. He did the required work and identified the root problem I had experienced and fixed it. It was a loose wire. They also performed air tests to ensure the system was running properly. For my system, this meant that they had to get up on my roof to test the exhaust. They were clean, courteous and efficient. I will be using them again without question and will recommend them to anyone in need to furnace assistance.

As always, the technicians were on time, polite, thorough and courtious. I am confident that Water Furnace is clean and ready for winter ahead. Thanks for the ongoing piece of mind.

Out of four companies making site visits and their subsequent quotes to get our system to pass TSSA inspection, Carleton Refrigeration was by far the lowest, most professional, timely, diligent and informative. They did their homework, found the solution and provided satisfation. I've found my new service company! Corey and Bill ... you are the greatest!!

We were very impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time and was professional. The attention to detail, such as putting on booties to keep our floors clean when he entered the house, was appreciated. We would highly recommend this company.

I called Carleton Refrigeration after-hours on the second day of a mini heat wave to report that my AC was not working. I received a phone call reply early the next morning and the promise of an appointment. Justin arrived in the afternoon and went right to work. When he was inside he wore protective covers on his boots and kept our house clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the system working again. He checked the gas in the compressor and then the fan speed of our furnace. He adjusted the fan speed to achieve better performance. He fine tuned the system and immediately there was colder air running through the ducting. He made several suggestions to improve airflow in the house and through the cooling system.

I have had AC for eleven years and this was the only thorough check the system had despite several service calls by the original installers to try to maximize the system's effectiveness.

Justin put my mind at ease with his careful explanations of the problems and solutions. He was polite, efficient, and careful.

I recommend Justin at Carleton Refrigeration for his first rate performance and the office staff for their prompt and courteous service.

Travis showed up on time with his partner, they listened to the issue I was having and went to work right away. They were very respectful of my home; they always put booties on before walking through my home, they vacuumed the carpet around the work area when they were done and then returned everything to its rightful place. They offered some helpful tips and made sure my dryer was connected properly and that it ran without issue before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.
