I selected Carleton to do my annual maintenance as I have experience a few minor problems that my previous supplier could not identify nor fix. Joel showed up on time with boot covers to get to work. He did the required work and identified the root problem I had experienced and fixed it. It was a loose wire. They also performed air tests to ensure the system was running properly. For my system, this meant that they had to get up on my roof to test the exhaust. They were clean, courteous and efficient. I will be using them again without question and will recommend them to anyone in need to furnace assistance.
