We have used this company for at least 7 years and find the technicians to be very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have dealt with Carleton Refrigeration and Heating for some five years.
When I required a new furnace, AC and water heater this past year, I didn't hesitate to give them the contract. Based on previous experience with their honesty, reliability and professionalism, it was a no brainer.
Character plus competence equals trust.

Duct cleaning was carried out by courteous technicians.
We appreciated the use of a portable vacuum brought into the house, rather that a truck-mounted vacuum and open front door, as the work was carried out in November.

I want to give Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air A big shout out for their service. I found them on Home Stars and thought I would give them a try. They were so professional from start to finish, “impresses”. Mitch was very efficient and was the only service person I have watched who actually unbolt the fan and slid it out to clean. He also disconnect hoses for a part that had to do with water drainage a showed me the crystals that had gathered before he cleaned. (Another first) He was very knowable and answered all my questions and also made a few suggestions which I have adopted.

Cory was very professional but friendly. He and his associate were efficient and arrived in good time. They explained the process they performed and the benefits after completion. Even though we just had received some snow, they kept their boots covered while in the house and did not cause me any additional work for cleanup. I was very pleased with the job.

Great service and excellent staff. They were prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. Jason took the time to explain the maintenance and proper equipment care.

Job ordered ~month before, got a call to change date/time, couldn't accept, so another tech was dispatched.
Tech showed up on time, did a very thorough job.

My hot water tank spring a leak while I was at work his can't company and a really nice gentle came out and fix the problem and help my wife out immediately though this company is a very expensive it is extremely reliable

I like that the technician always calls before they arrive. Alicia was friendly and introduced me to the co-op student she had with her. They did the job in a timely fashion and left the area clean when they were finished.

Alfredo was great, starightforward and honest.

Told me i DIDN'T NEED A NEW FURNACE. LOL

Just needed a cleaning.

Now it is protected.
