I had scheduled an appointment by phone - no answering machine or call backs - there was a representative to schedule appointments on the line - the technicnan arrived on the day and time scheduled right on time - he took his shoes off (winter) - very polite, informative and professional - did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our furnace - very thorough and gave explanations as to condition of furnance, age, and how our furnace works. I will definitely use this firm from now on - I was very impressed with them.

Carleton Refrigiration is a class act company, from their sales reps to their install and customer relations. You are taken care of from step one to finish. Brad was exceptional in dealing with my new owner anxieties and explaining the system to me. The install team was curtious and professional, and the office staff has always been efficient and helpful.

I had a Canadian manufactured Napoleon 9600 Series gas furnace installed by Carleton in late October and it has been running great ever since while maintaining the warmth evenly throughout our home. Really like the burner viewing port on this furnace and the low power consumption from the EON DC blower motor. The techs did a great job with the install and were very flexible in placement of the hook-ups in order to optimize space both inside and outside the home. Brad, the company partner, was easy to deal with and had his techs install a pilot burner assembly, I bought for my gas fireplace, free of charge. It was sure nice to deal with a company from a small town that was easy going yet professional and technically competent at the same time. Looking forward to getting the newest Napoleon AC unit installed this spring.

The installion of my YORK YP9C "Affinity" model with 98% AFUE rating, went like a charm. I dealt directly with the owner, Roger Holmes; he produced an excellent and off-the-charts service. The 4-team crew of installers and professional techs efficiently completed the installation in 1 day, as promised. They also provide regular scheduled maintenance, as part of the 10+ years warranty. I strongly recommend them.

Very happy with the work. It was not easy inserting a new fireplace where an old one had been. The installers worked diligently and completed the project in less time than expected. We are very pleased with our new York two stage Furnace. Brad was very helpful during the consultation process answering questions to assist us with the selection of the furnace. Phone calls and e-mails were promptly returned. The installers arrived on time and worked diligently the entire day, on the day of installation, Oct. 8/14. We also had the ducts cleaned later the same month. The service for both jobs was totally awesome and we are very pleased.

Have used Carleton Refrigeration to repair our air conditioner one summer and to fix our furnace one night in the middle of a very cold spell. They were called after hours and were on site within two hours to replaced the furnace fan motor and get heat back in the house.
