We are very pleased with our new York two stage Furnace. Brad was very helpful during the consultation process answering questions to assist us with the selection of the furnace. Phone calls and e-mails were promptly returned. The installers arrived on time and worked diligently the entire day, on the day of installation, Oct. 8/14. We also had the ducts cleaned later the same month. The service for both jobs was totally awesome and we are very pleased.
