Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

I subscribe to the protection plan because I travel quite a bit and don't want to leave my wife to negotiate repair costs if something goes wrong. The techs that do the maintenance are usually very good and I always learn something from them. Jose did the job today and he was great.

after a phone .2 hours later a electrician turned up at my door.very quickly found the problem. fixed the wiring and only charged 150 dollars
the other company I phoned couldn't get there till after the weekend and it would be 120 dollars just for the house call.

My furnace stopped working on a January 29th. By 4 pm on the 30th, I had a new one installed. I want to make specific mention that each of the staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional. And they left my house clean! Many thanks to Sam, Al, Phil, Tanner and Kennin. (Sorry if I didn’t spell the names right.)

Installation of my new furnace and water heater was simple and easy. The crew was prompt, courteous and clean... the home comfort advisor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Job well done!

Rick was cordial, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned and inspected the furnace. The thorough cleaning caught my attention. Very pleased with the service. His final remark before departing was, "do you have any questions about the service performed or the furnace."

Alem, professional and friendly, probably performed the most thorough furnace cleaning since being installed 17 years ago. He indicated that the secondary heat exchanger had never been cleaned and was completely blocked. We’ve already noticed the furnace the running quieter as there’s a more efficient air flow. Great job Alem.....ten out of 10!

Can’t say enough about Sam. He reviewed what he did and provided some safety tips as well. My son who was over for lunch summed it up nicely. “The furnace guy seemed like a genuine kind person. Nice to see a local company with good employees still exists.”

Was a cold evening and my house was 62 degrees. Fixed my furnace in the middle on the night. Quick, courteous service explained problem and provided good advice. Would recommend again.

Arrived at my house during the stated time . Professional . Explained the problem & was able to fix it promptly .The furnace works great ! I would definitely recommend them .
