Water softener stopped working on Friday I called reliance someone came immediately and it was replaced Saturday morning both Aan and Neil were excellent thank you. I would highly recommend Reliance.

Thanks to Ping and Kenen for doing an awesome job on installing our A/C unit. They showed us how the work was done, where it was done, and also answered our questions. Neil or representative was super awesome and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for setting everything up for us.

Fantastic crew. Our hot water tank went out after 14 years which is apparently a lot longer than they are supposed to last. The hot water installer and electrician were in and out within a few hours. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Rick was polite and professional. I watched as he performed the inspection and service of our two furnaces. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He even inspected our heat-exchangers by camera.

Our furnace went in a Saturday night had a free quote on Sunday from Neil he went over everything from price to different kinds of product until my husband and I felt totally comfortable with the purchase the next day Monday we had 5 guys come to the house and work on all three upgrades we had the furnace done the air conditioner and the hot water on demand they finished it all in one day the were so nice and professional they really showed they cared for what they do even Neil the sale guy came back just to make sure everything was going good I will recommend this company and it’s workers from the person that set up the quote to Neil the sale man who made spending this large amount safe and comfortable to all the workers that were in my house they even make sure not to make a mess anywhere thank you guys for helping us

Was doing the furnace inspection and maintenance today with Rick. He was friendly and on time. He went through what he was looking at explaining each step on what he was looking for and what his recommendations were if any that needed to be addressed. Great service.

we called the service phone number at 2:30 am, had a critical error.
the phone contact said that a service tech would show up between 8am/1pm. the tech called at 8:35. he showed up 15 min later, the tech Sam came into our home, very professional, put on his shoe covers as a couple of questions about the issue looked at the thermostat. My wife showed the Sam where the furnace was and he had it diagnosed in 30 minutes and working. Sam also gave us some information about looking after the air intake for the furnace not just the exhaust needs to be checked for ice blockage, which we never knew. we are very satisfied with the work preformed. We would strongly recommend Reliance Superior and their tech Sam if you want a very pleasant experience in a bad situation.
