Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

Had a new furnace installed a couple months ago but yesterday when outside temperature hit below -25, it stopped working and i was disappointed.
Called the company and tech (Jose) arrived yesterday night.
Jose was very professional and knowledgeable, he installed a temporary thermostat so I had heat for the night, came back today and installed a new thermostat. Heat seems to be working now.
I will update this if there are any further issues.
Very satisfied with the resolution, especially Jose, after the initial frustration of no heat.

Rick arrived on time. Called 15 minutes ahead. Friendly, quick and clean. Knowledgeable about the type of furnaces and what to look for. Made sure it was easier for future check ups.

Jose called ahead, arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite and professional, quickly identified the fault with our furnace (a failed pressure switch), and clearly explained the cost of replacement before going ahead. He had the parts in his vehicle and quickly made the repair and got things working again.
Throughout he took time to explain what he was doing and left the work area extremely tidy after he had finished.
We were very pleased with the speed of response and his professional attitude. I would not hesitate to call again if we have problems in the future.

Joe was wonderful, knew exactly what was wrong with the furnace . Very polite .
Explained everything he was doing. He also explained the maintenance warranty plan.
I am very interested in the warranty plan and will be calling on Monday .

While I am not overly impressed with the sales tactics and constant barrage of phone soliciting today I had wonderful service rep out for annual inspection and cleaning. His name was Rick, and he was friendly, polite, on time to the minute, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Rick!

I go into winter with the confidence my furnace will work during the bitter cold months. Rick was a very knowledgeable technician. He said that my furnace would need a part replaced within the next few weeks. We set up an appointment time and I am happy with the efficient service I received.

Garrett was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job installing the RO system. He was fast and efficient, and he answered any questions that we had. I highly recommend Garrett!!!

We called Reliance to book a furnace tune up as well as to have our HRV looked at. Our technician was awesome! He was very thorough, down to earth and genuinely cares! He definitely deserves a 10/10 for his hard work and professionalism.
Unfortunately we have to replace our HRV, but our Tech and the Comfort Advisor were able to find us a solution that financially works for us!

We bought a house and the furnace was supposed to be working unfortunately it was not working, the motor was seized and the furnace was I repairable. Neil helped us get a new furnace installed 24 hours after he came for the service call. We will not be cold now that the weather has turned chilly.
