The past few months have been nice with the kitchen. I liked your management of the project during the build process and you were very professional. I appreciated Garth's work too as I'm sure he did lots of work that I didn't see as he was the primary project manager of record. I see the value of the 2 project managers efforts.

Thanks, James and crew from Klondike Contracting for a job well done. I required replacement of a missing section of my concrete sidewalk. James came a gave me an estimate which was considerably lower than that given by another company. Michael and his crew came and had the job done quickly and professionaly. All debris was cleaned up. My backyard looked like no one had been there. Michael came back to check on the work a few days later. Both he and James have been very courteous and pleasant to deal with. James was in contact with me several times throughout the process to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

After a very intense bidding process, Zientte Interiors chose Klondike Contracting to execute the very challenging renovations on our Gastown location —a century-old space (18 Water St.) that had not seen any major changes for decades. Klondike did a FANTASTIC job in the entire process, from building a proposal suitable to our budget and design needs to managing the entire project during construction. They were very hard working, incredibly flexible and finished the job in record time. Additionally, all of Klondike's staff members and contractors were friendly and personable despite the many little tense moments that can take place during any renovation process. I have used Klondike contracting for one really big reno and several small renos on my West Vancouver home. I have found the business side of things to be well organized and fair - I always knew what was going to happen and when, and they have a well managed and transparent billing system. I never felt like they were trying to talk me into more work, in fact, they sometimes made a thorough assessment of what I wanted, and then told me it wasn't a good idea ( and then suggested alternatives) The design staff really listened to me, and worked with my needs. The contractors were briefed and supervised by the project managers, so that I felt that my home and family were respected during the construction process. Lastly, any deficiency was managed in a friendly and professional way. Having your home renovated is a very challenging process, I felt that Klondike did a really good job with both the work and the personal aspects of the process

We were very pleased with the service we got from KC. The designer we talked to listened very carefully to what we would like to do with our condo, gave us great feedback and told us how we can do it with the help of KC and within our budget. We'll recommend it to all our friends.
