Ideal Insulation & Roofing

We purchased a 14 year old villa and hired an inspector who suggested we top up our attic insulation. I researched Insulation companies and found IDEAL Insulation was highly rated. We went from R30 to R60 and get a small rebate from the government (which IDEAL handles for you). This should help to reduce our heating costs in the winter.

From the first salesperson (Randy) to the girl who books the job (Bailey), to the guys who did the actual work, they were professional, pleasant and easy to deal with.

Ideal Insultation was recommended to us by our neighbour. We met with Carlos for our initial estimate. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the various Insultation products that are available.
The Insulators arrived on time, laid down tarps, before beginning the job. When they were done, the tarps were rolled back up, and they cleaned up any mess.
Carlos also helped us with the paperwork to receive the grant.

I received a quote from Carlos, who spent a considerable amount of time checking out my attic. He was super knowledgeable, and answered every question. I immediately felt "safe" with him. I signed the contract, booked the installation for my insulation blow in, and everyone I dealt with down the line was amazing. The 2 man crew who did the work were awesome and 100% professional, even down to vacuuming my house after the job was done. I was looking for a upgrade in the attic insulation. Called a contractor, he stood on the latter and took 2 mins. then gave me to quote. not impressed.
So I phoned Home depot installation Services (great to talk too) and they said we will have someone call me. Next day Randy from Ideal Insulation comes over and get's in the attic and 20 min,. latter come down with photo,s on cell, tell me what good and what could be replaced if need. Randy gives me three quotes and when they could do the work.
Two week later there was a truck at my door great team 2.5 hrs. later they wear clean up out. As well they take photo,s of before and after shots and sent them into the government for repaates.
Hat off to Home Depot and Job well done to Randy and he grew.

Re-roofing the whole roof and replacing chimney cap, valley metals, eaves-trough, downspouts, fascia, etc.

Having moved into a new home (villa) our home inspection revealed a lack of proper insulation. Randy came out twice to review and gave a quote for the work to be done. ( He was excellent in his assessment. We followed up with work being done by Ideal Insulation. Dave and Rick were professional, personable and had the work completed with a minimum fuss to this homeowner. We were impressed and satisfied. Bailey completed the total team effort and we would not hesitate to use there services if needed.
