Ideal Insulation & Roofing

Ideal arrived early as they said they would, and finished the job in a little less than a day. They covered open windows to prevent the house from cooling off too much and used plastic to protect the carpets near where they were working. Everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. Before and after photos were taken, and each step of the job was carefully explained. The two workers were polite, pleasant and worked quietly. The next day their supervisor arrived to check the quality and completeness of the job. I would definitely recommend Ideal Insulation and Roofing to others.

This wasn't the cheapest quote (or most expensive quote) but the job was completed with a minimum of fuss. It was carried out professionally, cheerfully and promptly. No attempt was made to oversell. We appreciate Ideal for its competent, efficient work.

My 35+ year old house needed much more attic insulation and air flow! I procrastinated doing that work for many years and then saw an online flyer for Ideal Insulation and Roofing. The folks at Ideal provided wonderful attention to the whole process. From the initial inspection and estimate, to booking the work, to the actual work upgrading the interior 'roof system' (about 2 and a half hours on one of the coldest days of the winter!), to upgrading roofing ventilation, and finally receiving the final invoice with information about Ideal submitting on my behalf the application for the Alberta home energy rebate program. Of note, was the replacement of bathroom vent hosing with insulated venting! No more condensation dripping in super cold weather! Wonderful service! Thanks!

Work completed in timely manner. Found a few (6) nails on the driveway, lawn and road, but this is to be expected.
Overall satisfied and would recommend them.

Apart from all the necessary roofing material not being delivered which caused a 2 week delay we are satisfied with the work done.
The initial estimator Jayson Grant was very knowledgeable giving us various options and explained the pros and cons of each.
The install team led by Rambo was fast, efficient, courteous and cleaned up all the debris leaving nothing for us to clean up.

This project involved blowing fiberglass insulation into two cavities. The work was done at the time we were promised and the workers cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended Ideal Insulation to other residents in our Villas. They also handled all the paperwork to apply for the Alberta Government grant that hepled us with the upgrade of our home insulation.

Ideal Roofing was a pleasure to work with. From the first contact with the sales rep, the negotiations with our insurer, through to the final inspection. They were responsive to our timelines, the work crew was pleasant, and the job site was left as tidy as could be expected for the type of job at the end of each day. After the final dumpster was removed, they inspected the site to ensure all was completed and left clean and tidy.

called ideal insulation because I had leak coming into my attic moisture building. when it got cold the moisture would freeze and when it warmed up it would melt and I'd have water coming into the bathrooms and in a bedroom. Ideal insulation took all the insulation out of the attic and patched all holes to vent. they also patched all electrical and light fixtures make sure all the plastic is totally sealed around them. They replaced all the hoses on the vents. they replaced all the outtakes on all the vents on the roof. they made sure that they sealed all the vents on the roof.
