Old english english power washed our building and sprayed dirt from the railings and awning all over the building its self, when confront about this issue they were unapologetic and did nothing to address this issue. My sun deck membrane is now stained and i will be spending my weekend cleaning it and everything on it. These guys are morons!

our strata used Olde English Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing for our annual window cleaning.

The sub contracted window cleaner accidentally scratched 5 of our windows. Very deep scratches. THe owner of the company came by to assess our windows and was very crass and unapologetic. He was unreasonable and only replaced 3 of the 5 windows.

He was unaccountable and unreasonable about the other 2 windows with similar deep scratches. " It is impossible that we scratched any of your windows. We use telescopic poles." When in fact the sub-contracted cleaner was on an extendable ladder that was leaning against our window.

At the end of the day he was NOT going to cover the other 2 windows. He went as far as to tell us that he would not cover anything if we didn't take the 3 window replacement he was offering.
