Sean Fagen arrived on time and took care to cover his shoes when he came in the house. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing the entire time in language I could understand. At the end, he explained our options and gave what I believe was very fair advice. I would definitely recommend Dr. HVAC.
