Pre-winter inspection of The furnace

I need a pre-winter maintenance service on my furnace and Collen was very helpful setting up a mid-morning appointment due to shift work.
Ryan the technician was on time and very polite.
He did a detailed inspection, and pointed out one minor deficiency.
I will call on Dr.HVAC in the future.
