Interiors completed a bathroom renovation for us about 10 years ago. The job looked great and was only a little over budget. We dealt directly with the owner Darrin. He was a great sales person and came to the job a few times too.

Recently the drywall adjacent to the shower began showing water damage. We called Interiors and were quickly called back by an estimator. When we told the estimator we were having a problem with an old job he asked us to call him next week. We did - several times. No call back - ever. A new contractor tore out the shower and showed us how the water barriers had been conspicuously installed incorrectly. The fabric was too short. It was obviously wrong. The water damage was easily traced back to the bad installation. We are disappointed with the mistake and resulting expense but find inexcusable not even bothering to come to the house to see the issue. As soon as the estimator realized it was not a new job all communication stopped. The past is the past but the current response rates the worst rating.

We are completely satisfied with our kitchen renovation by Interiors with Elegance. Darrin helped us with the latest ideas and Wayne made sure everything was done on time and well with great attention to detail. Any time we had a question it was answered promptly. Jason, George and Bill were so pleasant that we were sorry to see them leave!

I hired IWE to do my kitchen because of the numerous positive reviews, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for home improvement. From the knowledge and attention to detail by the designer (Stephanie) to the workmanship of the tradespeople who did everything, they were conscientious of their work and treated it as if they were doing their own kitchens. They definitely know how to keep a tidy workspace. The project manager (Jason) was communicative and came by periodically to make sure everything was going well, and explained in great detail what to expect, with an approximate timeframe. There are numerous positive reviews that attest to their quality of work, and I am pleased to be one of them.

I have recommended IWE to other friends and would absolutely rehire them for future projects to my home!

We hired Interiors With Elegance for the 2nd time (they previously renovated our bathrooms) to do an extensive renovation of our home. They replaced all our flooring with laminate, tile and carpets, replaced all our oak doors, door frames, window frames and baseboards, and painted the entire interior of the house including our oak staircase, railings and spindles. They did an outstanding job. Very professional and skilled staff and sub-trades. On budget and while they spent a little more time than anticipated, the extra time was well worth it as they made sure the end product was truly quality work. Great folks to work with as well -- knowledgeable, helpful, patient, courteous, clean and always wanting to provide great service and advice.They are top-notch in my book, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

These People were excellent. Good communication, came when they said they would, remembered what needed to be done, work done in a timely fashion, good workman, clean site, always reliable. couldn't be happier.

Interiors with Elegance recently renovated most of the main floor of my house. The work included an entirely new kitchen with custom cabinets, along with the family, dining, and living rooms, and removal of a wall. From day 1 working with IWE went as well as I could have hoped. From design to finishing the people I worked with were both professional and friendly. We were able to live in the house throughout the 4 month reno and it was clean at the end of the day regardless of the phase of the project.
My ideas were respected and options suggested where appropriate during the design phase. During the work I never felt pressured to make particular decisions and was given alternatives every time an issue arose. There were a few occasions where work took a bit longer than expected but this was always in the interest of doing things right, rather than hurrying for the sake of meeting the schedule. And the few minor things I wasn’t fully satisfied with were fixed quickly and with no complaint.
I will be going back to IWE for further work in the future. Everyone who sees the end result is extremely impressed. A big thank you to Darrin, Eugenia, Jason, Steve and Wayne (as well as all the other people involved) for a great experience.

Interiors with Elegance completed our main common bathroom renovation this past summer. Lots of custom work and special requests were handled very professionally and with enthusiasm. Communication with the Project Manager, Wayne, was very good which is always appreciated. Working with Kim the designer was also a great experience. We're very happy with our custom bathroom and have and will continue to recommend IWE to others looking for a renovation contractor.

My experience with Interiors with Elegance was such a good one I offered to sit at the next home show for free and brag about how beautiful my kitchen turned out to anyone that would listen! Interiors with Elegance hires trustworthy people who have all been with the company for many years. I always felt safe and respected in my home while the renovation was going on. Mine was a small renovation in comparison to some of the homes Interiors with Elegance works on but I was never treated with any less importance or respect than one of their bigger clients. My budget was very important to me and the owner Darrin worked with me one on one to make sure I got the most for my money.
The workers left my house vacuumed and mopped every night. The attention to detail so that my house would not be a dusty mess was amazing.
Years ago we used another company with many awards to finish our basement. The work ethic and attention to detail that Interiors with Elegance put into my kitchen put this other company to shame.
