Matthew was very helpful! He showed up on time (actually just a bit early, so they're definitely punctual), explained what he was going to do, and explained everything in a way easy to understand. He was professional and friendly, and did his work without any issues. Costs were reasonable. Made sure everything was good before he left. Would definitely hire this company again for future electrical needs!

I found these people at the home & garden show. While there were other similar companies, their knowledge and helpful attitude helped me to hire them for their services. Andrew and Geoff were courteous and very professional with their plumbing work. They got my issues fixed up with minimal time delay and i haven't had any issues since. The two guys who did my duct cleaning were also kind and did great work. I will definitely be calling on Knight's services again in the near future!

I did my research on numerous window companies prior, but it was my neighbours who told me about Durabuilt (as they had their windows done with them as well). When I contacted them, Robert responded back to me very quickly, and we scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. During our consultations, it became obviously clear he was very knowledgeable with windows and doors and what would be the best for my house and budget. He was not at all pushy with booking an appointment, but being impressed with their work ethic and what they had to offer, I hired them that same afternoon. Dave (the installer) was also very friendly and polite when he came to do measurements and when he did the actual installations a few weeks later. He and his team moved efficiently and did their work extremely well, and was sure to clean up their work afterward. He even helped me to move some furniture back after they were completed! Robert also followed up soon after to make sure that I was satisfied with the work at hand. I should also point out that all these individuals are punctual and showed up at the time they said they would. There is no doubt I would hire this company again in the future to do my other windows, and I would (and already have) recommended them to other friends and colleagues.

I hired IWE to do my kitchen because of the numerous positive reviews, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for home improvement. From the knowledge and attention to detail by the designer (Stephanie) to the workmanship of the tradespeople who did everything, they were conscientious of their work and treated it as if they were doing their own kitchens. They definitely know how to keep a tidy workspace. The project manager (Jason) was communicative and came by periodically to make sure everything was going well, and explained in great detail what to expect, with an approximate timeframe. There are numerous positive reviews that attest to their quality of work, and I am pleased to be one of them. I have recommended IWE to other friends and would absolutely rehire them for future projects to my home!

I could tell at the initial visit that he (Corey) really cared about what would be best for our house. He was very friendly and definitely took the time to answer any questions. He didn't try to upsell anything unless it was for our benefit. Excellent worksmanship. This company actually did my roof the first time, so it was no question to contact them again. They were courteous, neat, and did the job within reasonable timeframes. I would absolutely hire him again/recommend him to anyone who asks!

Searching for a fence contractor to replace my backyard fence, two of my coworkers recommended First Class based on their professionalism, quality, and expertise. Intrigued, I contacted them. The owner was very personable, straightforward, and efficient, and had a quotation for me within a day. I immediately had a good feeling about this company, not just because my coworkers (who had much bigger jobs done for their residences and dealt with the same individuals). I definitely appreciated how he was honest and straightforward and communicative thoughout the whole process including what has to be done. His team came by and did a great job with tearing down the old fence and replacing the new one. They worked efficiently and expertly. It was exactly as I expected it to be, and they did what they needed to do to ensure it was a fantastic, satisfactory job. First Class Fencing is definitely worth contacting. I would, and have, recommended them to other people. I would definitely hire them again!
