IWE did an amazing job for us (again)!!!! The reno was completed on time and within budget, but what sets IWE apart is the professionalism and customer service focus of the company. They have high quality people on staff, and only use the best tradespeople on their projects. This is the second project we used IWE for, and the end result was the same. An amazing kitchen, completed on time and on budget. The people at IWE are aligned with their customers in that they want the same result as the customer: a quality product upon completion. Wayne, our project manager, is outstanding to work with, and was very patient and professional in his dealings with us. Randy is excellent as well.

The thing that sets IWE apart is the people they employ/use, we have had renos done by other companies and did not experience the same result. We will definitely use them again, and that should give you the idea of how satisfied we were with the result. The cost is a little higher with IWE, but well worth it!!!!

Interiors with Elegance is a professional renovation company that we have used for (4) separate home projects that span over 10 years; (1) complete lower level, (2) master bathroom, (3) staircase, front room and entrance and finally and most recently (4) kitchen, family half bath.

After the first job they completed, I never looked or went anywhere else. I am a very particular person that expects a job to be done right the first time, to the best of one's ability. This is what you can count on from Interiors With Elegance. Darrin and his Team of professionals truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. There is no other company that I would invest in other than Interiors.

Regardless of the size of the job, kitchen, bathroom or full home reno, they will take the time to ensure that every detail is thought out properly. From what I have experienced, no job is too big or too small. There isn't a day that goes by, living in our home, where we regret what we have done! 10 years ago we had both bathrooms in our house completely renovated. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the service, and in fact recommended the company to 3 other people who were also happy with the results. Recently we experienced a continuous drip in the bathtub. After we called the company, Wayne Denman, Production Manager, came out to assess the situation. It required ordering a new part, and today he returned to make the repair, at no charge. We were very surprised that after 10 years this service would continue to be provided.

Darrin / IWE had renovated two bathrooms in addition to completing some other minor work in our house several years ago, and we had been happy with the results. So, when we recently decided to renovate our kitchen, as well as undertake some other repairs and fixes around the house, we decided to use IWE again. Cam and Eugenia guided us through the planning and design process and quickly captured the essence of what we were looking for; once the renovation was underway, Wayne was absolutely wonderful at managing all the different people and trades and making sure that everything was completed on time. We saw a number of different employees and trades throughout the renovation and everyone was always professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. We opted to live in the house throughout the renovation and overall, their expertise, positive attitude and professionalism helped make a really stressful experience easier to deal with. Even though they had several projects on the go, we always felt like they were managing our project effectively and everything happened to plan. We love our shiny new kitchen and we would absolutely hire the fabulous folks at IWE for another renovation - a big thank you to all of you who helped transform the vision into reality.

This was our second project with IWE. After a very successful bathroom reno with them 2 years ago, we asked them to gut the main floor of our 4-level split. They took out all the walls to give us an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, built an addition on the front for a foyer with built-in cupboards and benches, and built a deck off the dining room. They also replaced the windows throughout and resided the entire house.

We lived in the house for this 5-month project and we don't regret it. From our first meeting with Can, designing with Darrin and Jenya, and working with our project manager Wayne, it was a real pleasure. Everyone was so committed to understanding our needs and wants and using their expertise to make them a reality. The workers were respectful on site, and so clean which is especially important when you are living with the renovation! And the millwork is unbelievably beautiful! We wouldn't hesitate to hire IWE again.

My bathroom and bedroom remodel involved the complete gutting of both areas. Every contractor was pleasant, professional and extremely tidy. As a townhouse condo owner it was important to keep the common areas tidy during tear-out, which they did - in fact, all areas were kept spotless! The planning and design process was wonderful thanks to Darrin, Wayne and staff. The ensuite is a total showpiece - wonderful quality, on time, on budget. Even some changes made along the way were handled so well by Wayne. The entire team are great communicators! The custom closets and furniture are beyond what I expected; the installation was quick, the quality is wonderful.
I highly recommend Interiors for any renovation project, and I would hire them again without hesitation.

We interviewed several companies to renovate our kitchen and (3) bathrooms before connecting with Darrin from IWE. His enthusiasm, experience and ideas he brought to the table made for an easy decision to hire his firm over the others.
Right from the beginning Darrin made my husband and I comfortable with the process. He was also able to take what could have been a stressful experience and make it into a fun and enjoyable one as we went through the design and selection stage. In a couple of instances, Darrin gently nudged me out of my comfort zone of which in retrospect I am very grateful as the end results were fantastic.
Once the final selections were made, we were “smoothly handed over” to Wayne, the Production Manager, who is responsible for the actual renovation. The scheduling and organization of the renovation was masterfully orchestrated with few interruptions due only to materials arriving later than expected. When unexpected problems did arise they were promptly and efficiently resolved.
Dave did the majority of the construction which is of outstanding quality. The care and attention Dave and his assistant Zac provided to our home during this phase was gratefully appreciated. Each day they covered our carpets and hardwood to minimize dust from the construction and at the end of each day the area was dusted and vacuumed.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the kitchen upgrades and the bathroom renovations, but the ensuite is the “piece de resistance”….our own in house spa.
The customer service and quality provided by all of the staff at IWE was exceptional and we will definitely give Darrin a call for future renovation projects.

The IWE interactive process on design, colors, and material choices right down to meeting the cabinet builder provided peace off mind in such a major undertaking.

Interiors With Elegance has just completed the second major renovation for us; first it was our kitchen which continues to receive rave reviews. The second renovation just completed is our ensuite bathroom. In both instances, we had the existing area gutted and completely re-done.

The bathroom, like the kitchen is a showpiece - right from the products used to the superior workmanship. Right from the design stage through every step of development, the service excelled.

Great service, quality work. You get value for the price you pay. Too many contractors go cheap on price and it turns out to be low quality work. It is worth paying for quality workmanship and that is what you get!
