As I needed to replace my furnace, I called Boehmers and arranged a sales person to come in and give me an estimate. The appointment was available the very next day and the gentleman who came to see my furnace and my house was very professional and polite. He gave me the recommendations and I selected the model. The installation was scheduled on a day when I needed it to be. The gentleman came earlier and was joined by two other coworkers because they wanted to make sure that everything was done in a day and with the highest quality. My house was a bit difficult because it is a semi detached home with closed in sunroom at the back but Chris and Andrew made it possible. They worked diligently and were always in a great mood, answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. The place was left clean and in the best of order. All three gentlemen who came to my house today from the Boehmers, had excellent customer service skills and I was very pleased. I will make sure I recommend this company to everyone I know.

Everything was perfect, from the initial visit to arrange the service/purchase to the install. The installers arrived on time, laid a runner on the floor to keep it clean and did the install in a reasonable amount of time. The work was very neat. They can be proud of their workmanship. They took the time to give me a "tour" of the new furnace and thermostat. Fantastic installers and service! I will definitely recommend Boehmers/Cronin Emery as I am completely satisfied with their work.

I called for service on my hot water heater and the technician was here within a couple of hours, fixed it and was on his way. Great service. Thanks Dave, great job/

Two technicians were very courteous, well-prepared for the job, performed the work with apparent knowledge, made recommendations to me, took my wife and I on a "Tour" of the new furnace and
AC, did a fairly good job of clean-up after the work was completed and suggested how we could keep the furnace filters clean now and in the future. The technicians, generally speaking, provided a fine experience for the two of us.

Arrived exactly when promised, laid floor protectors and immediately went to work. A big job, done in one day and completely cleaned up of debris. Would have them back again

Alex and Curtis were extremely professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were also friendly and courteous. I would have them in my house again and would recommend them to anyone. They also kept me informed at all times about what they were doing.
