Two technicians were very courteous, well-prepared for the job, performed the work with apparent knowledge, made recommendations to me, took my wife and I on a "Tour" of the new furnace and AC, did a fairly good job of clean-up after the work was completed and suggested how we could keep the furnace filters clean now and in the future. The technicians, generally speaking, provided a fine experience for the two of us.
