I booked an air conditioner service call, and the tech was very courteous and helpful. But he forgot to give me a discount from a coupon I gave him, and had already run through the credit card and couldn't undo it. The office never got back to me to refund the $15 difference even after I called to remind them. In addition, although the tech had said that they could help me with opening up a duct vent into a bedroom instead of the hallway (basically cutting a hole on one side of the wall and patching the other side of the wall), I called the office and was told abruptly that they don't do HVAC ductwork and could not recommend anyone who could do that type of work.

Chris and Alex from Service Experts just installed my new furnace and air conditioner today. They were just great - on time, professional,,tidy, very courteous and answered all of my questions.. They made the whole experience ( which I had not been looking forward to), completely painless.Thank you both and thanks to Alan, the sales representative, who was also very helpful.

As a first time homebuyer, I was not expecting to replace my AC unit within the first month and of course it broke on the hottest day. A representative was at my home to inspect my old unit within an hour of my call. He was knowledgeable and was able to recommend a comparable unit to me which was scheduled to be installed two days later. Installation was quick and painless. Employees were punctual, friendly and left no evidence they were here, other than the new unit!

Top notch customer service. I had two men (Alex/Curtis) that installed the equipment and were also very patient and knowledgeable explaining maintenance of the filter and the new thermostat. Very pleased!

Service Experts (Curtis and Alex) arrived a little early today which was great for me. They were friendly, polite and respectful of my home. They were done within the estimated time frame given to me, cleaned up all of their mess and took the time to explain my new furnace and air conditioner. This is the second time that I've had Service Experts install a furnace and air conditioner. I would get them again and I recommend them readily. I have to mention the people in the office (Judy and Jodie) because they are the best. They do everything that they can to help out with whatever the problem is and are sooo patient. Keep up the good work Service Experts!

This company is such a pleasure to deal with. I first contacted them 7 or 8 years ago (they were called Boehmers/Cronin Emery), when a Clair furnace in my house (currently 25 years old and still running!) had an issue. Since then, I sign up to their Service Plus maintenance agreement every year (a bit above $100), which includes inspection, and the furnace is still running great! A number of parts has been replaced over the years; service technicians always arrive promptly, are knowledgeable, polite, explain and show everything! What I like more then everything, never any sales pitches even though furnace is way beyond its typical lifespan and the company does sell new furnaces; charges are very reasonable (there's a discount with a service plus agreement). This is an old school company that is an absolute pleasure to deal with; highly recommended!!!

My central air stopped working at about 5:00 PM during a heat wave. I called Service Experts and by 6:00 PM the same day it was fixed and running. The issue (a capacitor that needed replacement) was explained to me clearly, an exact quote for the part and labour was provided and the repair man had the part in his truck. I felt that the total charge was reasonable, especially given the speed of the repair. I will be calling Service Experts whenever I need furnace or air conditioner service in the future.
