I had Andre and his partner install 3 windows June 7 , very happy with their workmanship , very obliging , happy with final result
I would recommend them for sure.

Andre and Gabriel were amazing! If we get the company to do the rest of our windows then it has to be them to instal. They are professional l, efficient and very good at their work!

The recommendations was lower than perfect only because of our sales experience and poor management. Labourers are a 11/10 stars!

Very happy with the installation of my windows, both gentlemen were professional, neat and very efficient.
The only issue I had was not being able to pay the balance on my credit card. I had to give cash and a cheque yet I put the deposit on my card.

I had two very professional gentlemen that came to install basement windows. They did an excellent job, we very friendly. This is the 2nd job I have had done by Verdon and I certainly would use them again

We used Verdun for the back of the house a few years ago and loved the service and the product so when it was time to do the front of the house we the choice was obviously Verdun. Once again, the service and product were right on target. Thank you to the entire Verdun Team!

My initial review was not a good one. I had left thorough details explaining why. I was extremely frustrated by the lack of communication on the company's part and the fact that nothing was getting done about the issues surrounding my installation. My original 1 star review was titled "review will change when issues are resolved". This is my update:

Shortly after the review was posted I was contacted by Verdun and an appointment was set up to send our salesman back out to look into the issues we were experiencing. Mike was incredibly understanding and went the extra mile to ensure that these issues would be looked into. The door handle that we were waiting on will be installed this Thursday. Due to scheduling issues with my husband and myself our trim work is scheduled to be installed the first week of July and we are just waiting to hear back about having a few dents and chips filled. It's unfortunate that it had to come to a negative review in order to get things moving, but it seems like we just fell through the cracks and there was a complete communications breakdown. Mike did apologize for everything that happened to us and most definitely made sure that he didn't leave until photos were taken, notes were written and appointments had been set for us. This was one of the main reasons why we had chosen Verdun in the first place. We were expecting an amazing product and amazing customer service, which we are now receiving. I will say that our windows are absolutely beautiful. They are much bigger (we enlarged 3 windows) and brighter than our previous ones and incredibly easy to clean. I'm not about leaving bad reviews when a company is willing to take steps to rectify a bad situation. When the work is complete I will leave an update under this current review and if all goes well I will definitely give them 10 stars.

After getting 5 companies to get a quote to replace 22 windows, Verdun had the best quote, their warranty is covered for 20 years which includes labour. I consider the windows we choose are an evaluation for windows. I really enjoyed them. The seller took the time to explain how these windows are built to a high quality. As an engineer I consider these windows are very well built. My family were very impressed the capability to better insulation the house.

Installers (Jonathan & Greg we’re excellent. On time, personable and productive.
Previously installed patio door was poorly done and they had to install a proper header.
They left the job site clean and orderly.
We toured with them prior to signing off on the job.

The 3 guys who installed our windows were very professional. We had an issue with one of the windows and Guylain provided a superb solution which we were VERY satisfied. Loved that they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you once again for the great work!!!

So far my best experience with service industry is with Verdun Window, they have professional and knowledgeable staff. With good customer services I found the quality of Windows and door are also very good and smooth.
